Wrotham Site

Grange Park School has been on its present site since September 2010. The building accommodates pupils in Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 (12-19 years old). The building was designed and built with the needs of our students, all of whom have an EHCP with a primary need of Autism, in mind. It provides an environment designed to be low arousal and to reduce sensory impact. The front walls are made of Kalwall which lets in diffused light and, at the same time, cuts out visual distractions from outside.

The building is on one floor and houses 6 classrooms as well as specialist rooms for Food Technology, Science, Music, ICT, Design Technology, Art and Key Stage 5. The school has a Library, a Sports’ Hall, a Mini Gym, a Sensory Room and Garden and a Dining Area. Dinners are cooked on site.

Lessons follow the National Curriculum and all subjects aim for the highest possible level of accreditation.
