Stansted held the leavers' ceremony for our Year 6 pupils who are moving onto Year 7 next year.

 

We celebrated with individual presentations and citations for the pupils, and presented them with their leavers presents. Photos from the celebrations can bee seen in our Gallery.

 

The afternoon was then spent with a picnic on the field and the pupils enjoyed the bouncy castle and fun and games.

 

All the pupils have been on an amazing journey with us, and we wish those who are moving on all the best for the future. Those that are staying with Grange Park for Year 7, we look forward to continuing our journey.

 

Goodbye Primary School

We have been together for 2 years,

Sharing our friendship, interest and fears.

Sharing a new school, laughing and growing,

And now off to secondary school we are going.

 

As school years go, this one has been tough,

With working at home and the online learning stuff.

It has not been the final school year we had hoped,

But we’re amazed at your strength and how well you’ve coped.

 

What we have learnt in a time like this,

Is what’s truly important and the friends we miss.

Hold on to the memories that we have shared,

Remembering our friends and all the people who care.

 

In class of Year 6, 2021 will hold a place in our hearts,

For the courage and strength we have shown from the very start.

We have carried on regardless during this weird period of change,

We continued on Zoom and Seesaw when things were strange.

 

As school friends, we have helped pull each other through

And now we are moving onto an adventure that is new.

From all Stansted and Wrotham, we wish you the best,

Smiles and hard work will be your key to success.
