Leaving school to start at college or in employment can be an extremely anxious and emotional time in our pupils' and students' lives. By the time students leave in Year 14, they may have have been part of Grange Park School for 8 years. Throughout their time at Grange Park, we work with them to prepare them for what comes next. For example:

• Annual Independent Careers Adviser from Year 9

• Transitioning pupils to college

• Accessing work placements

• Meeting with Kent Supported Employment and Bluewater Learning Shop staff

• DriveAbility assessments and driving lessons

• An employability curriculum

• Independent Travel Training and Life Skills

We are always keen to have ex-students keep in contact and visit the school. We will also keep in contact for a number of years to see how students progress after school and with their feedback, improve our provision further.
